Return Policy
7 Day return on merchandise for a full refund,
as long as returned in good condition.
30 day return on merchandise for store credit,
as long as returned in good condition.
5 day return on consignment merchandise,
as long as returned in good condition.
Layaway
A 90-day layaway option is available with a deposit of 25%.
*The full payment for the merchandise must be received within 90 days.
If the payment is not made within this period, we reserve the right to resell the merchandise, and the customer will lose the 25% layaway deposit.
Special Orders
*We require 50% down on all special orders.
*If the special-order merchandise arrives without defects and the customer refuses delivery, we may retain 25% of the item(s) total as a restocking fee to cover shipping and costs.
*Final payment is due when the special-order merchandise is received in our warehouse.
